  I chose Serenity because of the favorable on-line reviews. I was not disappointed. I found them to be very professional but more than that, they were very compassionate. Even though my son's Memorial was not going to be held at their funeral home, they were very eager to assist us in anyway. They explained the cremation service and all the costs involved and it was exactly as they had said. I was at the funeral home on several occasions to pick things up. Each time they gave me a gentle hand on my shoulder and said it there was anything else they could do, please let them know. I can honestly say that of all the funeral homes I have encountered over the years, none had shown the genuine compassion that Serenity had shown me.

  I received my mother's ashes today in the mail. The box was smashed. It had a large hole in it. Ashes were spilling out of the box. Serenity Funeral Home packed my mom's ashes in a box that was too big. They used a few paper napkins as packing material instead of proper packing material. Since the packing box was bigger than the ash container, the ash container slammed around in the box and the ashes leaked all over. A professional Funeral Home should know how to pack ashes so that they don't leak from their container. Also, I had asked for a picture of my mom at the viewing as I live in another state and was unable to attend the viewing. I never got the picture.

  First of all, I had no clue that companies like this even existed. We lost our beautiful Lelu to cancer and we wanted to get her cremated. Our vet recommended and I believe uses Serenity. We were so pleased with everything they did. Her urn was perfect , and they even included a clay paw print with her name on it. To top it off, they also included a beautiful poem about the Rainbow Bridge and even a certificate. This place is by far the most amazing place for these kinds of needs for our furry loved ones.. A million thank you's!

  Cr. Serenity went above and beyond when we called them about our horse. They had the equipment to pick her up and haul her with respect I will use them for any other horse or pet

  My experience with Serenity could not have been better. I lost my rescue baby Oliver, unexpectedly. I called Serenity, after calling another 24/7 operation, who never called me back. Serenity was professional and comforting. I spoke to the after hours person who again, could not have been better. She ask me if I needed someone to call me back that day, I told her no, it could wait until Monday. Within minutes of the call, someone called me and we made all the necessary arrangements. These people are the BEST in time of need and sorrow. They exceeded all expectations. They will be my go-to service for future needs. Thank you Serenity staff.
