Horrible. The lunch line person is the only reason I even ate there when I had to. You are treated poorly and the building has infestation problems. I do not recommend it but if you have to, it is a place to be in a tough spot. The staff are rude, unfriendly and very unprofessional. Only the gaurds on duty act like they care if you are in need. however as I said, the aramark staff are kind.

They say they are here to help, but they're only out for their own agenda.

You all should come together (homeless shelter laborers); this way you guys would (could) be able to create one shelter, which is close to being perfect; that should go for: schools, animal shelters, rehab facilities, whether it be to help people whom are suffering from: mental illnesses, substance (letting go of others) problems, fear, grief, etcetera...

Very rude staff, They say they enjoy helping but I spent 20 minutes at the front counter waiting to be helped.

This local organization is very poorly run. It's very sad to see.

Most of the meals that are served here have beans as the main source of protein. Clients almost never get actual meat served except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The meal portion size isn't adequate enough for most people to maintain a normal body weight. They rarely have any fruit served and typically, the vegetable served is corn. If bread is served, it will be in the form of a hotdog bun. The Tulsa Health Department wouldn't allow any restaurant to operate under these type of cleanliness conditions.

The majority of the staff that's employed here are often rude and have no desire to actually "help" the people who stay there. The rules of the shelter can change from day to day. There aren't many positive things about the staff that are employed there. The 'case managers' aren't college degree qualified to assist clients. Most simply worked themselves out of the same homeless situation that the current clients are in.

Showering isn't a requirement to stay here. Needless to say, there is a major problem with bed bugs. The odors coming from the sleeping quarters is enough to either make you pass out or vomit. The restrooms are in unimaginably poor conditions. The showers are filled with black mold and aren't cleaned on a daily basis. Many of the toilets simply won't flush properly, so you have many health concerns to contend with.

The bunk beds are extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. They will not let you use a pillow and the blankets they offer are very thin. Many people are forced to sleep on the tiled floor when there are open bunk beds available for use.

Theft is a severe problem here. This holds true even for the bags that you are required to 'check in' and are kept and stored behind a locked door for the evening. The majority of the security cameras aren't in working order and if they do work, they will not investigate any theft by reviewing the cameras. They simply don't care about the people who are forced to stay there, regardless of their circumstances.

At the National level, this is wonderful organization and I believe that as a whole, they truly want to help people. This location isn't among that group and don't share the ideals of the organization as a whole.
