  I do not like the service provided by this funeral home. I waited for 2 hours for my family member to be removed. I waited for an hour Only to hear we have just recently contacted some one, but wait it gets worse. The assistant Sam Dyer comes in, loads the body rough head flopped and hit the metal rail, carries the body to the gurney, then breaks it, a family member asked is she ok so he then exposes the body to the family while there are small children in the home, now they carry the body to the vehicle where he then cusses because the gurney wont roll in the van because its broke, only to discover he is tore down drunk. He smelled like straight liquor. When hospice called the supervisor he acted like he was aware of his employee being a drunk mess but didn't know what else to do since we had waited so long. He flopped her body around as if she never had a heart beat or pulse. Please do not use this funeral service if you love your family members. I have never experienced anything like this.
